Terms and Conditions (Read This First)

Please read our Terms and Conditions first before proceeding with your orders!

A) Terms And Conditions

1. Pre-Order, Available Items and Spree

A confirmation mail would be sent to you normally within 24 hours after you placed an order to confirm the availability of your stocks.

**Please note that there may be a slight difference in the actual piece as compared to the pictures shown due to lightings during photography, editing of the pictures and the models' figure. However, there would be 65-80% of similarity.**

For Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, please allow us to consolidate the orders (min. order is 12 pieces as set by our supplier) and up to 14 days (after the spree closes) for goods to be delivered and upon confirmation of payment.

Please also do note that, there is some patience required from you as consolidation of orders may take a longer time during off-peak seasons. Discount (please read #7) is normally given to most shoppers if it's taking way too long.

For Available Items

Available items would be send out within 3-5 working days once payment is confirmed.

For Spree

For sprees like, e.g Victoria's Secret Spree, very importantly, please make sure you are ready (have the funds and patience) to make your purchases, as we have a order limit to be reached and delivery charges to be divided among the Spree-ers - to make the spree more affordable.

2. Postage Charges

There is a free normal delivery included with any purchase (pre-orders and available items).

For Spree, the postage charges are as computed in the post.

Registered post (+$2.50) is highly recommended as MyBeautySpree will not be responsible for mails lost via postage.

3. Payment

Bank Transfer through DBS /POSB / OCBC / UOB only.

>> Payment must be made within 3 working days once orders are confirmed.

Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 days.

Please email to mybeautyspree@gmail.com your transacted bank account details like Bank Account Type and Number once payment is made.

4. Quality

All items are Brand New and inspected thoroughly before delivery. Should there be any defects upon receipt, we do allow changes or refunds on case by case basis.

5. Cancellation

Once item is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be made upon cancellation.

6. Return Policy

Full refund is available ONLY for damaged stock or out-of-stock due to our supplier.

7. Discount (If quoted within the post)

We do have discounts for our Frequent Shoppers and for Pre-Order spree that's taking a bit long to consolidate.

8. Others

9. Black-Listing

Due to previous (and frequent) orders made by some shoppers - like cancelling orders without making known to us or not making payments, we may be implementing a black-list with some particulars included to be made known to other Blog Shops.
